Mission
To rehabilitate, reform, and empower vulnerable, street-connected, and orphaned children and youths in Iganga through music education, mentorship, and reintegration into formal schooling, enabling them to live dignified and productive lives.
Vision
A transformed community where every child and youth—regardless of background—has access to education, creative expression, and opportunities to reach their full potential.
Objectives
• To provide rehabilitation and psychosocial support to vulnerable, street-connected, and orphaned children and youths.
• To use music, as a tool for discipline, emotional healing, and character development.
• To reintegrate rehabilitated children into formal education and support their academic retention.
• To nurture musical talent through the Iganga Community Brass Band Music School.
• To promote social inclusion and reduce stigma against marginalized children through community engagement and performances.
• To equip children and youths with life skills that enhance self-reliance and leadership.

Programmes and Activities
1 Rehabilitation and Mentorship Programme
This programme targets street-connected, orphaned, and highly vulnerable children and youths. It focuses on emotional healing, discipline, and social reintegration through counseling, mentorship, and structured daily routines.
Key Activities:
• Identification and outreach to vulnerable children
• Counseling and psychosocial support
• Life skills training (discipline, teamwork, communication)
• Continuous mentorship and follow-up
2 Music Rehabilitation Programme
Music is used as a therapeutic and reformative tool. Children receive structured training in brass instruments, rhythm, and ensemble performance.
Key Activities:
• Brass Band training
• Group rehearsals and ensemble discipline
• Music theory and performance skills
• Participation in community and social events
3 Education Reintegration Programme
Musceee ensures that all rehabilitated children are supported to return to formal schooling while continuing their music training.
Key Activities:
• School enrollment and follow-up
• Coordination with schools and guardians
• Academic monitoring and encouragement
• Support with school-related needs where possible
4. Elderly Care:
Key Activities
• Identification and registration of vulnerable elderly persons.
• Regular home visits and emotional support.
• Support with basic needs and referrals to health services.
• Community sensitization on elderly care and protection.
